LEESURIALES 11-12 juillet 2022

by Daniel Thevenot - published on

Hello,

The LEESURIALES are fast approaching. You will find below practical information for the days of July 11 and 12, 2022. Please broadcast the message for people who are not on the list (trainees especially).

  • The event will take place at the auditorium of the House of Environmental Sciences, 5 Rue Pasteur Vallery Radot, 94000 Créteil
  • Attached is the detailed program of the LEESURIALES with the times and titles of the oral interventions (10+5 min 1st year, 15+5 min 2nd year, 20+10 min 3rd year) (PDF file)
  • For those who will not be able to attend the LEESURIALES in person, a zoom link will allow you to follow the presentations live: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3360382034 (meeting ID: 336 038 2034)
  • The meal on Monday, July 11 at noon will be at the expense of the lab with a buffet
  • For the Tuesday noon meal, everyone is invited to bring something to eat (below is the excel link to indicate who brings what https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UMH1u9i5Fr-TsPn17y8YtkoYmIqWDzGZgaK3TSvZZns/edit#gid=0 )
  • The posters of the trainees are to be printed in A3 format (possible in the lab) and to be brought back Monday morning so that everything can be displayed in the hall. We have had echoes for lack of information from some trainees on the posters. In this case, do your best to have a poster, it is above all a training.
  • For the restaurant on Tuesday evening, it will be 7 p.m. at La Bifana (32 Rue de Valenton, 94000 Créteil)

Hoping to see many of you on July 11 and 12,

Best regards,

Pierre, Paul, Catherine and Régis

PS: Presentation files as well as video recordings are available on Leesu Intranet within LEESURIALES folder: access to these files requires the use of usual Leesu Intranet codes.
