Collaborative projects (31 May - 4 June 2010 )
At the start of the workshop, participants were invited to build multidisciplinary groups of 3-4 persons. Each group prepared a proposal for international scientific research, under the guidance of senior experts. The topics of these proposals were defined with the help of academic searchers.

Public discussion on drinking water management (Tuesday 1st June 2010 evening)
In the evening of Tuesday 1st June, all WWW-YES-2010 participants were invited to take part to a public discussion session with institutions, associations and citizens of the Bièvre valley on the topic of "Drinking water management: results of an international survey conducted by young environmental scientists".
This public discussion took place at Jean Vilar picture theatre (few hundred meters from CAVB (...)

ARCUEIL (South of Paris)
Accommodation site
Thanks to Arcueil municipality, all WWW-YES-2010 participants (including those living in Paris conurbation) will be accommodated within the “Maison des Sportifs” ground level which access is situated at 12 rue Victor Bash, 94 114 Arcueil (see below general and detailed map). This site is conveniently situated ca. 250 m from RER B (fast metro line directly connected to CDG airport) Laplace station. Room keys will be provided by WWW-YES-2009 (...)

Condition for application to the 10th edition of WWW-YES (Arcueil, France, 31 May - 4 June 2010)
1/ to be involved within a PhD or post-doctoral program within a scientific institution, or to have finished a PhD since less than 3 years,
2/ to be less than 40 years old at the date of application,
3/ to be able to participate the whole duration
4/ to be able to communicate in English
5/ to present a topic in the field of urban waters
6/ To raise either from local, national or (...)

The WWW-YES-2010 workshop will take place from Monday 31 May to Friday 4 June 2010 from 9:00 to 17:30 at Communauté d’Aglomération du Val de Bièvre CAVB (see first announcement). Except for Monday 31 May 2010, all scientific sessions and lunches will take place, in an informal way, within the meeting hall of this local institution. On Monday 31 May, all events have taken place at Arcueil city hall.
